Pawpaw botanically known as carica papaya is a very good source of vitamin C. Pawpaw contains so many vitamins which helps the body fight diseases. I personally prefer the soft and succulent ripe pawpaw,which already contains all the antioxidants ,unlike the crunchy, semi ripe pawpaw.

Papayas contain soft, easily digestible flesh with a good amount of soluble dietary fiber that helps to have normal bowel movements; thereby reducing constipation problems.
